Personal information submitted through this website is collected and used for purposes connected with the Penang Free School 210th Anniversary Dinner, including:

• event registration and attendee administration;
• payment verification;
• communication relating to the anniversary dinner; and

Where a registrant is a current Penang Free School student or an Old Free, information provided may also be used, where applicable and with the registrant's consent, to verify, update, and maintain the school's student and alumni records.

The attendee list is not publicly displayed. Registration confirmation pages are accessible only through a sufficiently random private confirmation link. Registrants should avoid sharing their confirmation link with others.

Authorised administrators and committee members may access and export registration information where reasonably required for event administration, payment verification, record verification, and related administrative purposes.

This website does not collect payment card details, online banking credentials, banking passwords, or other banking login information. Where payment information or proof of payment is submitted, it is used only as necessary to verify and administer the relevant registration or payment.

Personal information will be handled only for the purposes described above and should not be disclosed to third parties except where reasonably necessary for those purposes or where required by law.
